Enrollment at The Studio

There is no audition for entrance to the academy.

All students are encouraged to try their first class for free before committing to enrollment. For this, all you need to do is let our registrar know that you intend to take a trial class and a waiver of liability must be signed by a parent or guardian or adult student.

Enrollment Fees
To enroll, complete The Studio's Enrollment Form (download a PDF) and along with payment (The Studio accepts cash and checks) of the registration fee, turn both into our regsitrar's office. The Studio registration fee is $50.00 per Pre-Ballet student (includes Primary), $50.00 per teen student, and $75.00 for Professional Training Program student. Adult class participants do not pay a registration fee.

Ocean Grove Charter School
The Studio is proud to announce that we are now an approved Vendor to the Ocean Grove Charter School. Students from Ocean Grove should request a purchase order from their Education Specialist for their classes here at the Studio.

Tuition
The Studio offers a few payment schedules for the payment of tuition fees:
1. Nine (9) Installment Plan
2. Four (4) Installment Plan
3. Two (2) Installment Plan

Purchase Teen and Adult Class Cards
Teen and Adult Class Cards may be purchased, and repurchased when the current card runs out. The Teen and Adult Class Cards stay in the registrar's office, where we keep track of how many classes have been taken. The number of remaining classes remaining on each card is posted near the registrar's office window.

Please refer to The Studio's posted office hours. Our Registrar, Sandy Nelson, is in the office Monday through Friday from 3:00 - 5:00pm, and on Mondays from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. Fall office hours are going to be:
Monday | 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday | 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday | 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday | 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Friday | 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday/Sunday | Closed

** There will be no regular office hours August 8–23, although we will be returning
messages and emails and accepting enrollment through the mail.
